Ahhhhhh, freee!

So far it has been pretty good couple of days with things done. Quite happy with the way everything turned out really. :) Nope, nothing worthwhile to worry or care about.

Friday: We fixed the new door to the allotment with the help of edy_ and Megan. Also weeded out one of the planting beds and put in some shallots. There will be fruit plants and veg and some lovely flowers in there which is quite exciting. :) And then we had a rather late lunch at Noodle Inn which was very yummy and we came away from there feeling very very full! Then the NBT social which was ace, plenty of ppl to catch up with plus nice weather means we were able to spread out to the beer garden.

Saturday: Had a good browse at the busy World Market on Fargate and there was the allotment society stall there which gave alot of handy tips as well as selling plants and interesting seeds. Got a packet of purple carrot variety seeds which looks rather cool. There were a few ethnic stalls, the usual continental ones as well as the usual local stalls. It was good fun to browse and graze around for yummy snacks. Bump into a few nice ppl there which is always an extra bonus. :)
