Friday, edy_, glitterybint and I went to Buxton for the day.

We arrived at 12.45 and had lunch at the er, Pavillion (?) cafe and had the yummiest squash, coriander and pak choy soup. Then we wandered around and went to the arcade shopping centre where we bought some very yummy chocolates from Charlotte's- expensive but ever so good! Also saw some craft and art exhibition/fair at the Pump.

Browse shops, charity shops and then at 4.30pm had tea and cake at this nice Fairtrade cafe on the way back to car. Treacle tart was divine and edy_'s blackforest cake was impressive.

Dropped glitterybint off home before heading to NBT for social Friday-ness.

Very very good day! :)

Megan came with a bag of green hazelnuts, so we were cracking those to get to the small nuts in the middle. :D
