Am suffering from backpain....... lower backpain...... twinges and shooting pain if I move certain way and stiff too.....ouch ouch.....

Maybe it is the work of the dodgy sofa too..... abit squishy..... am gonna buy lots of cushions for it. *nods*

ok, am gonna hobble like an old woman to the bathroom now.......
