The Island
Aug. 12th, 2005 05:23 pmWatched The Island yesterday. Enjoyed it and there were a few funny bits in there which made me laugh lots. But it did raised the question of cloning practices.
LOVED the motorcycles! how cool!
How they treated the clones made me sick.... why do they treat them like beasts with no feelings when they harvest them? AWFUL. Dragging them off to cut open their bodies for liver, hearts, lungs etc.
Cloning- when does it become barbaric?
What do you think of cloning?
I think it is a good thing because it has the huge potential to advance medical treatment and help to save lives. But am also afraid how the unscrupulous ppl would exploit the cloning technology. Well, maybe some of you have the answers?
