Ok, so I have been rather neglectful this weekend on my lj. :)

Fri: HH for abit. Was great catching up again with ppl!

Sat: Morrison's in the morn- needed to stock on food for Chinese New Year'e eve dinner tomorrow. Yeah, for us chinese, the eve is the important reunion dinner with all your family. In my case, well, they are half way round the world. But that does not mean that I am abandoning the tradition. It is going to be very busy tomorrow. Then we got ready to move our old bed down, ready to be taken to the recycling site. Edy was very kind enough to take us in her ultra cool van. Driving to Blackstock Road site, we spotted the Heeley City Farm, so on the way back, we stopped by for a visit! Hee hee hee, 1st animals we saw were goats. Now you might think they are unsociable creatures, but they are ever so cute. The look they gave me when I said HELLOOOOOooOO was one of bemusement. I can literally see them cocking their eyebrows going yeah, that is one of them crazy lots again. And [livejournal.com profile] lord_mallory, just to let you know there is one goat that looks like dear Kang. We will have to take you there one of these days! ;) We looked around and bought some herb plants, horse fertiliser and had a cup of tea. Was a cool day. Absolutely shattered though to go and watch movie at UGC.

Sun: Spoke to mum on internet although she keeps going away to do stuff so in the end I didn't manage to talk to her that much. MOTHERS! :) They are all ready to go back to Klang where the reunion dinner is and the celebration begins. Klang is a town outside KL which is about say 45 minutes drive. Also the home of me late grandad. It will be weird this year for him not to be there. Sis was pestering me to come home this year. Said she missed me lots, which is sweet. Then went to a sunday dinner at Meg's which was really nice! :)

This bring us back to today, well I have been to town to get rest of ingredients for tomorrow's dinner. Am also trying to plan a get together for Chinese New Year before the 15th day. Yes, we have 15 days to celebrate! Watch this post for details.
