Cauliflower cheese grills

I got some cauliflower cheese grills yesterday and had some today for lunch- Yummy! Not had those for quite a long time now since, ooo, when we were living at lord_mallory's!

Mum sent me a book today on Vietnamese cuisine which looks very interesting. I am interested in one of the recipe called Quick Banana Cake (Banh Chuoi Nuong) where it has layers and layers of sugared banana slices and white bread soaked in sweetened coconut milk. Then baked with some caramal sugar on top. Time for Bear in Apron to experiment in the kitchen again soon! :)

Argh, it is sooooooo haaaaaaaaaaawt...

I can feel a headache coming on with this heat. Phooey.
