Been a pretty busy week and I have not been online much, and next week I won't be on much either, so no, I am not intentionally avoiding anyone here or msn or email! :p ')
Met Edy on Wed, filtered the wine and into demijohns on Thurs, we now have 3 gallons- 2 blackcurrant wine and 1 raspberry and strawberry and met![[profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
soul_rider and Evie on a wet Fri morn to do some charity shopping where I managed to get 2 demijohns and a Good Housekeeping brew your own wine and beer. Paul took half a day off to watch cinema but he felt too tired, so we went to Hillsborough with soul_rider and Evie to look at shops there before heading to Morrisson's to do the grocery shopping. Chilled out and had yummy chilli con carne for dinner and watched BB final on Friday. Yes, sad, I know.
Sat- SNAKES ON A PLANE SNAKES ON A PLANE!!!!!!!! i HATE THOSE SLITHERY THINGS AND I HATE THEM EVEN MORE NOW. But, the movie was silly, scary and quite frankly enjoyable- although I was under my denim jacket some of the time with one eye peering at screen. Also watched My Super Ex GF which was so-so. A Scanner Darkly and Miami Vice is next on our list to watch. Also met up with Yumin and Nessa in the evening for a chat as Yumin will be off home to Malaysia in 1 week's time after successfully completing her Bars in London. There was a market on Fargate and I had fun browsing at shiny pretty stuff. Bought some pressies for ppl! :) Oh and a wickle bit of something for meself of course. First rule of SHINY, I am told! :)
Anyhow, bro in law and family will be coming to stay on bank holiday weekend (Fri- Tues) so I will have to tidy up and child proof living room, make the bed in spare room and prepare the futon in attic room for niece to sleep in and make curtains for velux window upstairs. *sighs* Will also cook 2 dinners in advance prior to their visit so I won't be tied to the kitchen when they are here. But am looking forward to seeing them! :) Hopefully shopping will be on agenda!
Intend to take them to Norfolk Park re enactment if weather is not crap. :)
