Any ideas and help would be much appreciated.

Would like some help if someone could translat German for me. I bought exactly the same gadget from St Luke Hospice for £1 but had no instruction books. I thought the burner containers are meant for tealights but the hole is just a tad small for them. I will include 2 links to see if you can help me how to use this thing. Yes... impluse buying! >.< It did look rather cool....... :) NOt sure if u are meant to use a candle or what? There is like a layer with holes and then some yellow fluffy material below that. Be open to ideas.....apart from rude ones! :p
