Sunday doo duhs

Well, I rang one of my best friends in Malaysia for a nice chat. Not seen her for a long time and my emails to her seem to AWOL so since she made the effort to get on MSN, I got her phone number off her and rang her. It was cool, we were laughing so much. Only thing was, the connection had an echo to it and seems weird for me to talk and then hear myself talk 2 secs later, if that makes any sense! Topic of convo varied but the MEN topic did come up. Apparently, ratio of men to women in M'sia is something like 1:14 !!! Blimey! And yes, I am getting pleads to find her a potential someone. Erm, that is one hard request since she is the 3rd gf to ask me. Only thing, matchmaking from across the globe is not easy also there is a question of whom do I see them with. Anyways, any names or volunteers?? Seriously! Hands up?

These gfs of mine are pretty cool, nice looking and have fun personalities (oi, NOT those type of "personalities"! ;) ). Hence why I don't get why they keep getting creeps in KL or lost souls or just jerks. Maybe it is the shortage of men there so, if the best ones are taken, u get the weirdos...

Then watched a dvd with Paul, "The Cooler" starring William H Macy and Alec Baldwin which is abt Bernie who is one unlucky guy who lucked out gambling in Las Vegas and got one of his legs smashed for owing money by Alec Baldwin and then hired to be the "Cooler". What he does if a table gets too lucky and ppl start winning lots of money, he gets sent there to "cool" the table ie, make the winners become a loser by bringing his bad luck there. Good film. Of course there is a girl/sex/betrayal/love involved, of course there is the whole Gambling mafia to see but the characters and plot of film was enjoyable. Of course snuggling on the sofa with my lovely darling watching film was also great! ;)

Had a lovely dinner of mussels with garlic tomatoes and chillies and pasta. YUMMY!!!!!!!
