One year older! :)

Today is my 30th b-day! Yup! 30! But I am not sad abt turning 30, in fact I have taken the view that the 1st 30 years of my life represent the youth of spring and the next 30 years will be my golden summer age where everything and anything is possible and fun! :) Ahhh, I hear u say, does that mean you will live to 120?! Well, that would be stretching abit far but everything will be a fantastic bonus after the summer years and autumn years will be a colourful time too. So hip hip hooray for the future! :)

It has been a fantastic 30th b-day weekend! Had an early b-day dinner (more like a banquet!) at Mama Mia Pepe's with 22 fantastic friends (well, one of them was dear Mr Ju!) who came to celebrate with me on Friday 7th July. There was 9 courses/dishes at restaurant including dessert or coffee. Stuffed, u say? Ohhhh YEAAHHHH!! Absolutely and utterly stuffed! 23 of us in a small restaurant with fanstatic food and wine. Conversations flying around the restaurant was ever so funny and entertaining. AND I GOT AN EEYORE CAKE MADE FOR ME by the talented agent_snow which is very yummy!!! (oh and we watched Pirates of the Carribean 2 on friday too!)

THANK YOU to all who came to the b-day dinner and for the cards and pressies! I feel really lucky and blessed to have u all there and as my friends. A very special thank you to edy_ who organised the meal! :) Also thank you to all other wonderful friends unable to make it to dinner but passed on b-day wishes and cards to me. *hugs*

Today, we went for dim sum at the fab Wong Ting's with edy_, springmaker and Ebru. Yes, stuffed ourselves silly again. Food was absolutely yummy! :) Got more pressies which was very naughty of them but really really nice of them too! Hehehe!

And b-day will be officially over in a couple of hours. Tomorrow is a brand new day! :)
